I had my car towed into Ultimate Auto Repair from another shop that I thought was trying to take advantage of me. When I spoke to Rich he said that my symptoms didn't match the diagnosis from the other shop. I was literally in tears when I walked through the door because the other shop said I had blown up my motor. One of his technicians ran a compression test and verified that my engine had NOT been damaged at all, and all I needed was a thermostat, which turned out to be a very minor repair. I was so happy, I couldn't believe it. As a woman, I was so glad that I finally found an honest place to take my car that won't rip women off. I have referred all of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!
