My teenaged son had wrecked my beloved 4WD truck. I had a friend in the automotive business recommend Sam's Auto Body to me. My insurance company wanted to total the truck, so I had it towed to Sam. He gave me and my insurance company an estimate to fix the truck and my insurance company agreed to it. Sam also waived my $1,000.00 deductable. I just picked up my truck a couple of days ago and was very pleased with the results. Sam did a great job. He also guarantees the work and parts for life. The truck looks new again! I would recommend Sam's to anyone.

I had a crashed auto and they offered a free estimate to fix my car really nicely. They said they would send a tow truck to pick up my car since they couldn't come all the way home, and said we wouldn't have to pay anything for it. The tow truck came to pick it up two hours from when I called, and a few hours later they called back to tell me that my car wasn't worth fixing. They offered $200 dollars to sell my car just like it was and i denied the offer. I said I wanted my car back and they said i wasn't going to be able to get it back until two weeks after (when they only took two hours to come get it). Then, after calling them a few times to see if I could get it back, they brought it three days later. When I got it I realized the car wasn't starting, neither the lights turned on nor the radio, etc. When a mechanic checked the car, we realized the main relays and fuses were missing!! (Who could it be? no one had touched my car since the accident, and it was complete before they took it) I went to complain about it to sam's auto body and the main owner was extremely arrogant, telling me "Why would I take anything away from your $23 piece of junk", and trying to intimidate me by telling me that he would call the cops on me, when i was only asking why my relays and fuses were missing.
