For a really expensive flower delivery, you would think you should get reliable info when you call, a clean, unchipped bowl and flowers arranged in the bowl so they are long enough to get water- not from phoenix flowers. Well- nice flowers but the dirty chipped glass bowl and wilting greenery (if the roses are still good you know the greens were old if they wilt before roses) just made a bad impression- that and the fact that they made it to my house 2 days after the delivery date and tried to leave a flier dated 2 days ago- as if that would fool me into thinking they had been there. disappointing.

I just received a gift basket that was delicious. Nice variety. I did not know you did gourmet baskets too. Nice job. I love the points program on your website!

They delivered crap to me yesterday. My sister in law ordered a fruit and gourmet gift basket and I received 6 pieces of fruit (1 grapefruit and 5 apples and one was rotten) and a square of cheese, small sausage and 1/2 loaf of rye bread. I'm sure she spent at least $75 and she certainly didn't get her money's worth. To top it all off, they put a 59 cent pull bow, yes the kind your children use to wrap your Christmas presents, on top. They didn't even bother to make a pretty florist bow for the presentation. I was going to take the basket to the hospital where my friend is, but I was too embarassed to take it. Then I received a gift basket from a competitor. It's a company called Basket Express (www.GiftBasketsFlorist.com) and it was spectacular. It had 14 pieces of fruit: pineaple, apples, oranges, kiwi, bananas and a cantelope. Then it had 24 large cookies and lots of hard candy. It was topped with a beautiful large bow and I could hardly wait to take it to the hospital to share with the nurses. Just because the Phoenix Flower Shops is the largest doesn't mean they're the best. Actually it might mean they don't really care at all. I think you'd be better off to find a smaller company and let them personalize your purchase for you.

Phoenix Flower Shops have been around for a long time. They have always done a great job both on the arrangements and delivery.

We have used Phoenix Flower Shops on several occasions, mainly I receive them for my Birthday or anniversary. They are always gorgeous flowers, full of life. The delivery people have always been just as sweet and try to make you feel like you are the most important person. They really know how to make your day.
