We contacted Angela in early December 2008. My wife and I both had 780+ credit up until about 11 months ago when the wheels fell off our business. Everything snowballed in a hurry, which affected every facet of our life, and bankruptcy became the best and most beneficial scenario. Long story short, we called a few attorneys, and from her demeanor, understanding, and her being just plain nice, we met with her, liked her, and used her as our attorney in filing for bankruptcy. She understood our situation, educated us about the process, the timeline, and what to expect, and she has done everything she said she would. She let us know her fee up front, and how she works, and although the experience of filing for bankruptcy has not been easy or pleasurable, Angela has been outstanding. Although we have not received discharge papers yet, which definitely is not her fault, she has made our rough time not quite so bad. I've heard from others about how having the right attorney makes a big difference, and after going through this process, I couldn't agree more. I decided to file bankruptcy towards the end of November of 2008. I looked online for a lawyer and found a large firm that looked promising and went in for a consultation. I was made to feel inconsequential, unprepared (which I was since I had never done this before) and a waste of their time. So I went home and did a quick google search yet again for a lawyer to take my case. The first name that popped up was Angela Kruszynski so I gave her a call. Immediately I felt valued and a sense of calm while speaking to her. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions without over doing the legalese. I understood everything she needed from me and the process went very smoothly. To me when ever you take on something huge in your life that requires any outside assistance it is very important to feel at ease with those that are helping you. Angela did just that for me. I never felt stupid or like I was wasting her time with my questions. Angela is not only a great lawyer, she is also a great person. I highly recommend her if you decide filing bankruptcy is the best for you.
