I had been going to Bookman's for quite awhile. I was told by an ex boyfriend that 2 employees were showing him items I had on hold and described the items to me. Well needless to say I do not shop there anymore. It's not right . What happened to customer service. Unbeleivable.

A great place to go with your unwanted books, dvds, and games. Cash trade is about the same as you would get some other places, and credit trade value is great. I have shopped there lots of times and always left with something. They also have other events you and your family can enjoy from time to time. PETS ARE ALLOWED (on leash). Big plus for those of us who love to bring our dog with us, and dont want to leave it in the car. They also allow food and drinks. I love bookmans. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The biggest and best used book store

This is a great chain and a great store. They have a huge selection of used books, magazines, music, movies, etc. You can also bring in your own stuff to receive cash or store credit. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices on everything too.

About a year ago a Bookmans opened up a couple miles away from where I live. If you hate borrowing books from the library yet you still hate paying full price for a book this is a great store to go to. Not every book will be there but there is a heck of a selection. This is the wasteful spender in me talking, but it's a great store to browse and just see what you can find. Other than books in the store they have a used magazine section, a music and electronics section and a kids corner than has used toys and games. It's too tempting to buy something every time I go so I try to avoid it as much as possible. LOL You can also sell any of these things at the store...this is based on supply, demand and condition, of course.

any time I want a used book or movie I head here- they have a ton of stuff- they also will hold items for you- so if you call them and need something- they will hold it till you get therethey have a huge selection of used items- I also am able to find new magazines for half off the normal price-bathrooms here are great- always clean and fully stocked
