We took our Jeep in to Accurate Diagnostics for the heater core to be replaced and we had the radiator replaced as well. It was suppose to be new but the thing looks pretty banged up on the front. Our guess is re fab part. The price quoted for the job for the core and radiator we latter found out did not include hoses (not cheap). When we picked the Jeep up everything seemed ok but the next day the rubber guard on the manual gear shift popped out and it was broken on the hard flange that held it in. Note on this kind of repair the whole dash had to come out to replace the core, the main reason we didn’t do it ourselves. We started noticing that the Jeep was running about 10 degrees hotter then it use to but were told by Ron that it was still within the safe zone. The real problem was that the AC could no longer keep the cab very cool and we never had an issue before this work was done. We looked for leaks but found nothing. We are the only owners of this Jeep (we own two) and it has always been a great vehicle. I was told by the Ron in a very turst tone "If I fixed you tire would you expect me to warrant the whole car?" Excuses Me, but they told us about every hose they though should be replaced and said that they had charged the ac as part of the core replacement job. Now all of a sudden it needs this new hose for $290 more including labor. NEVER EVER take a car to these guys. This is a hard $1200 lesson. We DID NOT have them fix the ac but they did fix the shift cover, we will find someone friendly and honest when we have the AC work done. Worst part for me is that I found this shop and had my hubby take it to them to save money; he always took it to the dealer before. Ron, I have my yellow copy of both trips to the shop and we know we were at Accurate behind the closed car wash so don’t try the old bit “We have had a few customers who thought they had their vehicle in our shop and were actually at the business across the street where people have been ripped off on SEVERAL occasions.” You post that as a reply to all your other bad reviews.
Not customer friendly

Took my car in and had some work done it was cheap and fast. But when I got the car back things were broken that were working before I took it in. Ron was very rude to me over the phone and dismissed it being his/the shops fault by saying "as cars get older things happen" He dismissed the possibility that they could do any wrong. I got the feeling that I should just be happy that I had a man work on my car and take his word for any problems. Oh and let him fix the problems they caused... at a price. Not women friendly... very full of himself.

i took my car there for a free a/c service, and expected to get the shaft. but was pleasantly suprised. they filled up and added dye, they told me if it didnt last 30 days and they fixed the leak they would not charge for freon again with the repair. how much more fair can you be. and they honered the free coupon. i told 2 friends and they both were happy. thank you guys so much cindy 2002 cavilier

Ron, Jim, and all the guys at Accurate are truly oustanding!! They have helped me sooo many times. They are dependable, honest, and fair. As a teacher, these are qualities I teach my students. In life, people with these qualities are the best ones to know. I truly recommend Accurate to everyone I know because they know how to get the job done right.
